Who we are
Salop Studio is a small web design studio in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We're responsible for any personal details you send us. You can reach us at hello@salopstudio.co.uk or on 07961 417007.
What we collect
When you ask for a free mock-up, the form sends us what you choose to give: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, current website and any notes. If you ring or email us directly, we keep what you tell us in the same way.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and to make and send your mock-up. We don't add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you've made.
Who sees it
Just us. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form service that passes your request on to our email; it handles your details only to do that. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months of your last contact with us.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or tracking of any kind.
Asking us to delete your details
Email hello@salopstudio.co.uk or ring 07961 417007 and ask. We'll delete them and confirm once it's done, within a month at the latest. You can also ask to see the details we hold about you, or to correct them.
If you're not happy
Tell us first and we'll put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
